I was on my own. I was stuck in the city trying to get home and all the buses. It was really late at night and I had no idea which buses were going where and I was desperately trying to find information about the buses that look like they were all leaving the station and I didn’t have time. I just had to get all the advice and hope for the best and I asked someone when I got onto a bus. I said is this going in my direction but is this where is this bus going to and they said it’s the Balga bus? It’s going to Balga and I thought all that’s close enough to Home. I think it’s in the right direction so I then parked my vehicle on the bus and sat down and someone came someone came to get me and said that my car wasn’t there and I went up to look for the car and if someone had stolen it and I went into a panic because everything was in my vehicle my find my house keys my wallet. My whole life was in that car and it was completely surrounded and I happened to just by chance stumble into an ANZ was a really small kind of countering like this tiny fox like Room like a booth or an ATM type sized bank like I said to them to put a block on my card and they said there was nothing that they could do because I didn’t have ID I didn’t have ID I had to give them ID before they could put a block on the card and meanwhile it was on the screen that someone was using the card and it was racking up thousands and thousands of dollars and I just didn’t seem bothered. It didn’t seem like he was bothered in the slightest that I was really suffering and in a poor way and he just didn’t even flinch. She wasn’t bothered and then I happen to see Meredith Chidlow old primary school friend and she around her. I said have you got have you got fine was a glimmer of hi I saw her and had a glimmer of Hope because I thought she could contact Ashley to come and pick me up but she just barely acknowledge me walked away and I had to chase it and asked her if she would call so I was just nobody desperate why I just couldn’t get home couldn’t contact anyone and Life was slowly draining out of me. I think that’s the whole bank account. Thing knows desperate love would help me.
Your dream presents a vivid narrative filled with symbols of urgency, loss, and isolation. Here's an interpretation of the key elements you have described:
Being Alone in the City: This is often symbolic of feelings of isolation or being overwhelmed by life's demands. The city can represent your current life situation – busy, chaotic, and difficult to navigate on your own.
Struggling with Public Transportation: The buses symbolize your journey or transition in life. Being unsure which bus to take reflects uncertainty about your path or direction. It indicates confusion and a lack of clarity about where you are headed or how to reach your goals.
Losing Your Car and Valuables: A car often symbolizes control, direction, and autonomy. Losing it in your dream could mean you feel a loss of control over your personal or professional life. The contents of the car – house keys, wallet – represent security and identity, indicating you might be feeling vulnerable or insecure about your personal stability or identity.
The Unhelpful Bank Staff and Stolen Card: This could symbolize frustration with institutions or systems in your life that are supposed to help or protect you but are instead leaving you feeling helpless. Your struggle to block the card might reflect real-life stress about financial security or concern over being taken advantage of.
Encountering an Old Friend: Seeing Meredith Chidlow, an old primary school friend, connects to nostalgia and past relationships. Your longing for her to help you suggests a desire to reconnect with simpler, more supportive times or relationships that once provided comfort.
Inability to Get Help: This theme of desperation and inability to receive help is prominent. It suggests feeling isolated or unsupported in your current waking life, as if those around you are not responding to your needs.
Feeling Life Draining Away: This poignant symbol suggests exhaustion or a depleted sense of vitality. It may point to being overwhelmed by responsibilities, anxious, or emotionally drained by your current circumstances.
Overall, your dream is a powerful metaphor for feelings of being overwhelmed, isolated, and unsupported in navigating life's journey. It might be urging you to seek clarity, support, or new ways to regain control over your life. Consider reflecting on areas of your life where you feel stuck or lack guidance, and look for opportunities to reach out for help or redefine your path.
